Free-plan delivery
Free access is added to the account immediately after successful signup and completion of résumé onboarding.
Paid-plan delivery
After Cashfree confirms a successful subscription authorisation or renewal payment, the selected plan and generation allowance are applied to the associated Shortlist Studio account. This normally occurs within a few minutes.
Generated résumés
A requested résumé is created digitally inside the application. When generation and formatting complete, it is saved to the user’s history and can be edited or downloaded as a PDF. Complex generation or PDF compilation can take several minutes.
If delivery is delayed
First refresh the account after a few minutes and confirm that the payment shows as successful. If paid access is still missing, use the billing support controls inside Shortlist Studio and include the account email and Cashfree reference.
