Know what happens
before you pay.
Shortlist Studio is a digital subscription service. This policy explains renewal, cancellation and when a payment may be refunded.
Free access
The free plan does not require payment details and therefore has no charge to refund.
Monthly renewal
Paid subscriptions renew monthly at the price displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes. The renewed generation allowance is added after successful payment confirmation.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal at any time through the billing controls available in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your paid access and remaining allowance continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refund eligibility
Because access and generation capacity are delivered digitally, completed billing periods and successfully consumed AI generations are generally non-refundable. We will review requests involving a duplicate or incorrect charge, an unauthorised payment, or a verified technical failure that prevented use of the paid service. This does not limit any refund right provided by applicable law.
Requesting a refund
Use the billing support controls available inside Shortlist Studio within seven days of the disputed charge. Include your account email, payment date, amount and Cashfree payment reference. Do not include card details, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN.
Processing time
If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. It typically appears within 5–10 working days after initiation, although the exact time depends on Cashfree Payments, the issuing bank and the payment method.
